Project Manager

We create exceptional websites and apps and seek an experienced digital project manager to join our team. To work on projects for F2B Digital and F2B Sites (part of F2B Digital).

The project manager aspect extends beyond what a typical project manager does and also includes some requirements analysis and quality assurance. This role requires somebody with at least 2 years of relevant experience managing and working on digital projects, preferably in an agency environment.

This is a remote working role, with occasional face-to-face meetings and requires somebody located in the UK who is happy to travel to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk for this.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Project management of website and app development projects
  • Requirements analysis, task breakdown and estimation (with assistance from designers and developers)
  • Resource planning to ensure projects delivered on time and resources utilised effectively
  • QA of project tasks – including some functionality testing

Other Responsibilities

  • Assistance with content amends and other website updates as required.

Necessary Skills

  • Demonstrable ability and experience in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the brief, and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of digital design, development and SEO fundamentals
  • Good organisational skills, including managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Proactive with suggesting improvements to approach and processes

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience of remote working
  • Project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 / Agile / APM
  • Business or marketing relating degree or other qualification
  • Experience of using task management systems (e.g. ClickUp, Jira or similar) and logging time
  • Working knowledge of WordPress – e.g. performing content changes

Salary

  • £26,000 to £34,000, depending on experience, qualifications and skills
