Our Process To Create Your Exceptional Website
1. Discovery and Setup
Our project manager will discuss your event website requirements and co-ordinate the investigation of any bespoke integrations. Once plans and pricing are agreed, we set up your project and plan key milestones.
2. Design and Build
The design includes wireframe designs, along with detailed designs for key pages. Build uses modern architecture principles and is done to a high standard, ensuring good compliance with relevant regulations and accessibility.
3. (Optional) Bespoke Integrations
If required, bespoke integrations are coded. These may include integrations with your own systems or 3rd party systems.
4. Testing and Launch
When build and bespoke integrations are complete, we then perform thorough testing. A staging site is made available for you to populate content and confirm you are happy. When ready, the site is then launched.
5. Support and Maintenance
After launch we continue to support and maintain the website. We monitor usage, ensure the website is performing well and provide you with reporting to view visitor analytics.
