Energy Monitoring on show in Vienna

Navetas Energy Management have just returned from a successful few days with their stand at the Metering Europe exhibition in Vienna. This is their 3rd major industry-based exhibition where Navetas have been showcasing various technology that Front to Back have been responsible in creating.
Aside from the touch screen Home Display Unit and Interactive House that we created and were on show in Tampa, Florida earlier in the year, a main focus of their stand was dedicated to their Online Energy Monitor. This is a web-based bespoke application and interface that we developed, enabling users to monitor their energy use by appliance as well as searching through their usage history. Individual alerts can be set in accordance with the users’ preferences and sent to them via email, SMS or even posted on their Twitter page.
This interface was demonstrated on monitors, laptops and an iPad whilst a dedicated mobile version was accessible on Blackberry's and an iPhone that were also on the stand.
All in all the show was deemed a success with Nick Wellington (Navetas Strategic Communications Director) commenting "The solutions created by F2B for the show in Vienna really allowed Navetas to demonstrate to visitors to our stand just how our intuitive technology can really work for the end consumer. They were a great success with everyone who visited the Navetas stand."
